Prep like a pro
Finish your eye makeup first — clusters go on last. Run a dry cotton bud along your lash line to remove any powder or oil. Curl your natural lashes for a seamless blend. No mascara.

Grip & Place
Using the applicator, grip each cluster by the fibres, just above the bond — never on the adhesive. Tuck it under your natural lashes, about 1mm above the waterline, starting from the outer corner.

Gently squeeze your natural lashes and the cluster together for 2–3 seconds. Work your way inward, spacing clusters naturally. Never place them on the waterline.

That's it — wear them all day. Before bed, pinch the tip of each cluster and pull gently downward: they come off in 30 seconds and go straight back in the tray.

Finish your eye makeup first — clusters go on last. Run a dry cotton bud along your lash line to remove any powder or oil.
Then place each cluster under your natural lashes, about 1mm above the waterline, working from the outer corner inward. Press them together gently. That's it.
No liquid glue, no waiting for it to dry. Take your time on the first try and start with fewer clusters — you can always add more once the shape looks right.

All day. Put them on in the morning, take them off before bed.
For the best hold, apply them on a clean lash line with no mascara. Your first try might take a little longer — most people get much faster after one or two applications.
One box gives you about 3–4 weeks of daily wear.

Yes, if you remove and store them carefully. Most customers get 2–3 wears per cluster.
Take them off gently and place them back in the tray, bond side down. The less makeup residue on the bond, the longer they last. Never use mascara on the clusters.

Not when you take them off the right way.
Pinch the tip of the cluster — not your own lashes — and pull gently downward, starting from the outer corner. They come away cleanly and your natural lashes stay exactly where they are.
If your natural lashes already feel weak or irritated, give them a break before using any lash product.
