Refund policy
Love them or we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from delivery to try your Lunifique clusters on. If they're not for you — for any reason — we'll accept a return for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email contact@lunifique.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. We'll send a prepaid return label within 2 business days. You send the box back, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Fixed return fee of 4.95$ for handling and repackaging.
What's eligible
- Any unopened or lightly-used product within 30 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged product — no return required; we'll replace it
- Wrong item shipped — same, we'll replace and cover shipping
What's not eligible
- Product returned beyond 30 days of delivery
- Product with significant wear or missing clusters beyond normal try-on use
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and promotional items
Exchanges
Want to swap styles instead? Same process — just tell us which style you'd like in your email and we'll send the new one when your return arrives.
