Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, and many other supported international destinations.

Available shipping countries and final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing

Orders placed by 2pm ET usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a tracking email once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days for all available shipping destinations.

This delivery window starts once your order has shipped and does not include processing time.

Shipping fees

Current shipping fees are:

  • United States: Standard Shipping $4.95 USD, or Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD.
  • Canada: Standard Shipping C$8.95 CAD, or Free Shipping on orders over C$140 CAD.
  • United Kingdom: Standard Shipping £4.95 GBP, or Free Shipping on orders over £80 GBP.
  • Australia: Standard Shipping A$9.95 AUD, or Free Shipping on orders over A$140 AUD.
  • France: Standard Shipping $4.95 USD, or Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD.
  • Other supported international destinations: Standard Shipping $9.99 USD, or Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD.

The exact shipping fee shown at checkout is the final shipping fee for your order.

Taxes and duties

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

For international orders, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your country or carrier at delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping fees unless they are shown at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, email contact@lunifique.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will help with a replacement, refund, or next step depending on the situation.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Once a package has left our fulfillment center, we may not be able to reroute it. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible.
